I have experienced the retirement of some friends, who show now interest in doing anything but relax and not think about work. G-d bless them.

But the people at their previous employers who are now talking to me are younger and its clear to me that they are the next generation.

And they are not as considerate of me to start because I have not proven myself to them. So I have to build a next generation network with them.
